
We all have the ability to access an innate sense of safety, resilience and direction. For people experiencing anxiety, panic, OCD, or lasting trauma, it can be difficult to connect with these internal resources. I enjoy working with college students and adults seeking symptom relief and reconnection with a sense of purpose in life.
I hope to create a relationship in which you feel able to explore who you are and what you want. I blend talk therapy with training in a number of experiential/skills-based modalities like ERP, iCBT, ACT and EMDR.
