Life is complicated, finding a safe space to express yourself doesn’t have to be. My goal as a therapist is to create a space where anyone can bring any issue, no matter how personal or intimate.
As a systemic therapist, I strive to look at every facet of your life, how they can affect you and how we can leverage them to best achieve your personal therapy goals. I have experience working with individuals, couples and families in different environments, including telehealth.
I work with many issues including but not limited to sexual issues, trauma, anxiety and depression. Kink, non-traditional relationship and LGBTIA+ friendly.
My approach combines Emotionally Focused, Collaborative, Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral and Narrative modalities to best meet my clients’ needs.
