What does it mean to love? To be happy? To be well? We use these terms all the time, but so often their meaning eludes us. My job is to help you unlock their meaning in your own life. Whether you’re navigating conflict in your relationships, coming to terms with a new identity, helping your child through a difficult transition, or seeking answers for a nameless problem, I am here to help.
I am pursuing specialization in LGBTQ+ couples and families, with a particular interest in supporting queer families and gender-expansive children. A systemic therapist, I look not just at individuals, but at the relationships, stories, and contexts that shape our experiences. My work is grounded in Narrative Therapy and EFT, with elements of CBT.
